Infracapital, infrastructure equity investment firm, to acquire 80% of stake in Endesa Soluciones Energeticas, from Endesa Energia, a company in the Spanish electricity sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. Endesa's main business is the generation, distribution and sale of electricity. It is also an important operator in the natural gas sector.
