Weld North Education, a digital education technology company, completed the acquisition of LearnZillion, a website that provides teachers with a library of interactive math and language arts lessons, videos, quizzes, and assignments for students, from DCM Ventures, O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures, DC Community Ventures, Learn Capital and Ulu Ventures. Financial terms were not disclosed.
