MRI Software completed the acquisition of Lindsey Software.

MRI Software, a global provider of real estate software solutions, completed the acquisition of Lindsey Software, a provider of property management software and services for public and affordable housing organizations in the US. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acquiring Lindsey enhances our already extensive public housing offering and represents another important milestone in our goal of providing world-class technology and services that cover the full range of needs for organizations operating in the sector,” David Carner, MRI Software Senior Vice President of Residential Solutions.
