Industrial Opportunity Partners completed the acquisition of Midwest.

Industrial Opportunity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Midwest Recycled and Coated Containerboard Mill, a manufacturer and distributor of paper packaging, recycled bag products and white paper. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Midwest Paper management team and I are looking forward to our partnership with IOP.
