Element Materials Technology completed the acquisition of PCTEST Engineering Laboratory.

Element Materials Technology, a laboratory-based testing company, completed the acquisition of PCTEST Engineering Laboratory, a premier research and development, certification, and testing business that has built a strong reputation in the mobile device, wearables, and network connectivity regulatory and compliance sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to welcome PCTEST to the Element Group.
