GI Partners-backed Insurity completed the acquisition of SpatialKey.

GI Partners-backed Insurity, a provider of cloud solutions and data analytics for the world’s largest insurers, brokers, and MGAs, completed the acquisition of SpatialKey, a provider of geospatial analytics, data enrichment, and risk intelligence solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "SpatialKey’s solutions are an exceptional complement to the Insurity portfolio.
