Boats Group, an operator of online marketplaces for boats and yachts is set to acquire Annonces du Bateau, a boat sales marketplace in France, from CarBoat Media, an operator of car, motorbike, and boat classifieds. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to announce this agreement with Boats Group.
