Private equity firm Siparex completed an investment in Batibig, which specializes in the maintenance and renovation of buildings. Financial terms were not disclosed. This operation will offer the founders, Charles and Justin Bignon, the opportunity to accelerate the growth of their group, through the broadening of its offering and its geographic expansion and with Siparex’s expertise.
