Groupe IDI completed the acquisition of a minority stake in CDS Groupe for $18m.

Groupe IDI, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in CDS Groupe, a provider of business services and solutions, for $18m. "To support us in our new strategy, we have chosen IDI as a partner. Together we now want to position CDS Groupe as the benchmark for global B2B hotel solutions. We will do this by relying on our common values: entrepreneurial spirit, long-term vision as well as IDI's 50 years of continuous experience in supporting growing businesses," Ziad Minkara, CDS Groupe CEO.
