Dutch Star Companies ONE, a special purpose acquisition company listed on Euronext Amsterdam, completed the merger with CM.com, a mobile services company based in the Netherlands, in a $267m deal. Following the closing, the company will trade under the symbol "CMCOM". “Today marks the start of a new era.
