Three directors completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in Cognacq-Jay Image from TDF.

Alain Lorentz, Nicolas Basdevant and Philippe Bonpunt, three directors of Cognacq-Jay Image, completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in Cognacq-Jay Image, a provider of media services, from TDF, a provider of internet network services. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction will bolster Cognacq-Jay Image’s growth by enabling it to pursue its core business strategy focusing on media management while confirming TDF’s strategy as infrastructure operator.
