Bunzl, a British multinational distribution and outsourcing company headquartered in London, agreed to acquire Joshen Paper & Packaging, a Cleveland, OH-based distributor of janitorial, sanitation, packaging and office supply products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The purchase of Joshen has increased our presence in the grocery sector and further enhanced our operations in the US.
