Vermeer completed the acquisition of a 20% stake in MultiOne.

Vermeer, a manufacturer of industrial and agricultural equipment, completed its acquisition of a 20% stake in MultiOne, a multifunctional mini articulated loader. Financial terms were not disclosed. MultiOne will continue under its current leadership in Vicenza, under the majority ownership of global holdings company, Lifco. Distribution of the MultiOne branded models through its existing partners also will continue outside of North America.
