Kyocera, a Japanese multinational ceramics and electronics manufacturer headquartered in Kyoto, completed the acquisition of Optimal Systems, a German, owner-managed provider of enterprise content management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Thanks to the cooperation, we can now offer new, optimally tailored consulting, hardware, software and services at any time, regardless of location, to make our customers' business processes even more efficient," Norihiko Ina, Kyocera Document Solutions President.
