Duffau completed the acquisition of SPI Energie from KSB.

Duffau, the family-run company which specialising in process engineering services, completed the acquisition of SPI Energie, which provides services for compressed air systems in industry, from KSB, a pump and valve manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the sale of SPI Energie, we are now devoting more attention to the service business in the field of pumps and valves,” Boris Lombard, KSB Managing Director.
