Valedo-backed Prosero Security completed the acquisition of Arvolukko.

Valedo-backed Prosero Security, a provider of burglar, personal alarm, camera surveillance and security services to businesses, completed the acquisition of Arvolukko, a provider of mechanical and electrical locking systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. ”Arvolukko will continue to operate in the same way as we have done for the past 35 years, but now with support from a powerful Nordic company. As a part of Prosero, we now have the possibility to further develop our company, especially in access control systems where Prosero contributes in-depth competence," Jari Piiroinen, Arvolukko CEO.
