ONEJOON, a mechanical engineering company, completed the acquisition of Eisenmann Thermal Solutions, a developer, manufacturer and seller of industrial furnaces, for $10m. Eisenmann Thermal Solutions will become Onejoon Thermal Solutions, located in Bovenden and will carry on the same product portfolio in the same markets for thermal solutions.
