KPS Capital-backed DexKo Global completed the acquisition of Silent Drive.

KPS Capital-backed DexKo Global, a provider of highly engineered trailer running gear, chassis assemblies and related components, completed the acquisition of Silent Drive a company serving specialty heavy duty suspension market offering air suspensions for liftable tags and pushers, drive axle suspensions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
