LALUX-Vie to acquire employee benefits business of Cardif Lux Vie.

LALUX-Vie, a life insurance company of the LALUX group, agreed to acquire employee benefits business of Cardif Lux Vie, a Luxembourg life insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, LALUX-Vie will provide full coverage for more than 35k employees of some 2k corporate clients and will further strengthen its position as the leader of the Luxembourg market in this area.
