Incyte to acquire a minority stake in MorphoSys for $150m.

Incyte, a biotechnology company, agreed to acquire a minority stake in MorphoSys, a biotechnological research company, for $150m. "We are pleased to announce resolving the capital increase, which marks the final step in formalizing our partnership with Incyte.
