May River Capital, an investment firm with a unique approach to building businesses through partnership and collaboration, completed its acquisition of NSL Analytical Services, a materials testing laboratory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The board and I carefully evaluated the next phase of development for NSL, our employees and our customers.
