Nordic Capital-backed Alloheim Senioren-Residenzen completed the acquisition of Mohring Group and Vital Wohnen Group.

Nordic Capital-backed Alloheim Senioren-Residenzen, a provider of health care services, completed the acquisition of Mohring Group and Vital Wohnen Group, the Duesseldorf-based nursing homegroup. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the facilities of the two groups, we are expanding our strong presence in North Rhine-Westphalia. In addition, numerous young, modern and high-quality houses in attractive locations join the Alloheim Group. This is an important factor for both the quality of life of the residents and the satisfaction of the employees," Rainer Hohmann, Alloheim Managing Director.
