Crestview Partners-backed Concours Mold completed the acquisition of Valiant Tool and Mold.

Crestview Partners-backed Concours Mold, a provider of molds and services primarily used in the production of plastic components in the automotive and non-automotive industries, completed the acquisition of Valiant Tool and Mold, a company engaged in manufacturing of plastics products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to announce the first acquisition of our tooling platform to create a differentiated global industrial technology leader.
