BUEFA Composite Systems completed the acquisition of AOC UK from AOC.

BUEFA Composite Systems, a company engaged in manufacturing of chemical preparations, completed the acquisition of AOC UK, a provider of chemicals products, from AOC. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition will give our UK customers better access to quality products. The new company will strengthen our capability to support our customers in the right way, and is a solid basis for their continued business growth," Felix Thalmann, BÜFA Group CEO.
