Comvest completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Encompass.

Comvest Partners, a middle-market private equity and credit investment firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, which distributes finished goods and replacement parts. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As the nation’s broadest multi-vertical parts distributor, we believe Encompass is well positioned to maintain our growth trajectory.
