HRA Pharma and Profex to form a joint venture.

HRA Pharma, a consumer health care company, and Profex, a specialty pharmaceutical and personal care company, agreed to form a joint venture to independently operate the distribution and promotion of some of HRA Pharma’s consumer healthcare brands.
