Sitowise, a construction services provider, completed the acquisition of Karlsson & Segelstrom Construct, Swedish residential builders. Which will be merged with Byggnadstekniska Byrån Sverige, Sitowise's Swedish subsidiary. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe that Byggnadstekniska Byrån Sverige's broader experience of for example hospitals combined with Karlsson & Segelström Construct AB's strong local presence will allow expansion in structural engineering in the Örebro area," Juha Korteniemi, Sitowise Business Area Director, International Operations.
