Scan Global Logistics, a Nordic based full-service global freight forwarding provider, completed the acquisition of Pioneer International Logistics, a provider of international freight forwarding, customs brokerage and transport services to Australian clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With PIL as part of the SGL Group, we strengthen our service offering to Australian and Pacific customers, with existing customers of Pioneer International Logistics benefitting from enhanced capabilities including added expertise, technology, network, and e-commerce platform," Scan Global Logistics.
