JCE Group, a Swedish investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Systemite, application software products provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Systemite has a great track record since the start and it is clear that their software will be critical for organization wanting to keep control in ever more complex product development. With their capabilities, bridging traditional ALM, PLM and MBSE systems they have unique position on the market. The ambition is now to continue to grow the business in Europe and rest of the world together with the founders and existing management team,” Carl Backman, JCE CEO.
