Emefin completed the acquisition of TiendAnimal.

Emefin, a Peru-based family office holding, completed the acquisition of TiendAnimal, a Malaga, Spain-based omnichannel operation for pets products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Emefin already owns the sectir leaders in Peru and Chile and at the end f 2019 it announced the acquisition of Kiwoko, also based in Spain. This operation will allow the group to boost its online business, as well as increase the 130 stores, 65 veterinary clinics and 11 pet hospitals.
