Visma completed the acquisition of Circle Software.

Visma, a Novergian IT company, completed the acquisition of Circle Software, a Dutch software developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It is an important step in the acceleration of our growth strategy to be part of such an ambitious and fast-growing company. Circle benefits from the broad experience, knowledge and drive of Visma. I am convinced that our existing and new customers will benefit most from this acquisition and I look forward to further developing Circle within Visma also because of the relationship with our new sister company Visma Roxit.
