Calderys India Refractories to acquire calcium silicate insulation products division of HIL for $12m.

Calderys India Refractories, a provider of refractory solutions, agreed to acquire calcium silicate insulation products division of HIL, a provider of building material solutions, for $12m. With this, HIL intends to be a company largely focused on building materials and infrastructure solutions, while for the French company this is part of its forward integration processes.
