NFP completed the acquisition of Johnson Fleming Group.

NFP, an insurance broker and consultant, completed its acquisition of Johnson Fleming Group, a workplace pensions and employee benefits specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The team brings expertise, capabilities and relationships in the benefits and pension markets that will elevate our scale and create new paths for growth.
