Madison Dearborn-backed Alcami completed the acquisition of TriPharm Services from Ampersand Capital.

Alcami, a provider of fully-integrated custom end-to-end solutions for the pharmaceutical and biologics industries, completed the acquisition of TriPharm Services, a drug manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "TriPharm represents a compelling opportunity for Alcami to capitalize on building an industry-leading position in attractive and growing end-markets.
