Speqta, a digital media house, completed the acquisition of Eone, a fintech company, for $27.8m, plus an additional consideration of up to a maximum of $22m based on Eone’s achieved EBITDA for 12 and 24 months, respectively. “We are pleased to state that Speqta has completed the strategic acquisition of Eone and thereby Finland’s largest online brand within loan brokerage Rahalaitos.fi.
