BlackFin Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Foncia Pierre Gestion from Foncia Groupe.

BlackFin Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Foncia Pierre Gestion, a provider of real estate consulting services, from Foncia Groupe, a provider of real estate development services. Financial terms were not disclosed. By withdrawing from the Foncia Groupe, the Foncia Pierre Gestion aims to develop its distribution network. In addition, and thanks to the support of BlackFin Capital Partners, the former subsidiary of the Foncia Groupe will be able to strengthen the visibility of its offer.
