Montana-backed Ventana completed the acquisition of Groupe AEM.

Montana-backed Ventana, a supplier of aeronautics, space, defense and energy industries in Europe and North America, completed the acquisition of Groupe AEM, an aviation and aerospace company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this strategic acquisition, the Ventana group is continuing its external growth and increasing its geographic footprint with locations in France, Austria, Sweden, Portugal, Morocco and Tunisia, thus opening up the possibility of international solutions.
