DL Invest Group completed the acquisition of Polish assets from M7 Real Estate.

DL Invest Group, a firm involved in investment projects relating to the commercial real property market, completed the acquisition of Polish assets from M7 Real Estate, a specialist in pan-European, regional, multi-tenanted commercial real estate. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These sales demonstrate our ability to successfully turn around formerly distressed assets; improve their performance by leveraging our asset management expertise and local knowledge; and source suitable purchasers. Additionally, by increasing the values of these buildings, we have improved the recovery to the senior lender," Katarzyna Parkot, M7 Managind Direcotr Poland.
