Danfoss completed the acquisition of Eaton's Hydraulics business for $3.3bn.

Danfoss, a Danish industrial company, completed the acquisition of the Hydraulics business of Eaton, an Irish-domiciled multinational power management company, for $3.3bn. “Eaton Hydraulics is a highly respected player in the global hydraulics industry, recognized for its dedicated people and strong brands. On March 18, 2021; Danfoss receives conditional EU approval for $3.3bn acquisition of hydraulic unit from Eaton.
