The Stephens Group, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Kinetics Noise Control, a designer and manufacturer of innovative products and solutions that control airborne noise, isolate structure-borne vibration, enhance room acoustics, create quiet spaces and restrain non-structural building systems, and in conjunction with the transaction, formed a new company, Catalyst Acoustics Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Kinetics is a clear leader in this industry, has a great team, outstanding products and an excellent sales rep network.
