Clubessential Holdings to acquire Vermont Systems.

Clubessential Holdings, a provider of membership and club-management solutions to the private club, college athletic and health and fitness markets, agreed to acquire Vermont Systems, provider of recreation management software for public entities. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition expands Clubessential Holdings' presence to municipal, county, state and federal military public markets.
