Thoma Bravo-backed Cority Software completed the acquisition of Enviance from Battery Ventures.

Thoma Bravo-backed Cority Software, an environmental, health, safety, and quality software provider, completed the acquisition of Enviance, an environmental, chemical management, sustainability, and ergonomics software provider, from Battery Ventures, a private equity firm.
