Capitol Health completed the acquisition of Fowler Simmons Radiology for $11m.

Capitol Health, a provider of diagnostic imaging services to the Australian healthcare market, completed the acquisition of Fowler Simmons Radiology, a musculoskeletal imaging provider, for $11m. Under the agreement, Fowler Simmons Radiology's cofounder Shaun Fowler will retain 10% ownership of the company and continue as its clinical director for at least five years.
