Isagenix International, a provider of systems for weight loss, performance, vitality and well-being, personal care and beauty, and financial wellness, agreed to acquire Zija International, which manufactures and distributes weight management, nutritional, energy and performance, skincare, and essential oil products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This comes at a promising time for both Zija and Isagenix.
