Cortec Group completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Lap of Love.

Cortec Group, a private equity firm focused on acquiring mid-sized businesses operating in basic industries, completed its acquisition of a minority stake in Lap of Love, a network of veterinarians whose goal is to empower every owner to care for their geriatric pets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
