Renta Group completed the acquisition of YRC Taby and YRC Uppsala.

Renta Group, a Nordic construction equipment rental company, completed the acquisition of YRC Taby and YRC Uppsala, providers of general equipment rental services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The YRC acquisitions represents an important strategic step in Renta’s continued expansion for our core markets. Once more, the MCF team has provided us with great support throughout the entire process.
