Lifco completed the acquisition of Cramaro Tarpaulin.

Lifco, a Sweden-based investment company, completed the acquisition of Cramaro Tarpaulin, a manufacturer of tarpaulin systems to protect materials for industrial and agricultural vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
