CSU, a provider of diversified commercial services, completed the acquisition of cleaning business from Dolmans, a provider of facility and disaster services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The transfer of the cleaning activities of Dolmans Cleaning Services is in line with our strategy. We are making a targeted choice to further focus on Emergency Services, Prevention and Hygiene Services, Specialist Cleaning, Environmental Technology, Climate Control and Facility Management. We are thus concentrating even more on creating value for our customers," Berthil Dolmans, Dolmans Director.
