Quest Diagnostics completed the acquisition of Memorial Hermann Diagnostic Laboratories from Memorial Hermann Diagnostic for $120m.

Quest Diagnostics, a provider of diagnostic testing, information, and services, completed the acquisition of Memorial Hermann Diagnostic Laboratories, a health, wellness and fitness company, from Memorial Hermann Health System, a not-for-profit health system that offers health care services, for $120m.
