Rhenus Group completed the acquisition of LTK.

Rhenus Group, a global logistics service provider, completed the acquisition of Operadores de Logística Integral, a Spanish logistics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In future, LTK’s warehouse locations will form the basis for further expansion of Rhenus Warehousing Solutions in Spain. Together we are counting on opportunities for growth in the Spanish aviation sector. Furthermore, we can enter the European aviation market thanks to our newly acquired know-how and the support of LTK,” Andreas Plikat, Rhenus Warehousing Solutions Europe Managing Director.
